Center Director

The Center Director is a highly motivated leader who is responsible for developing and leading a team of highly accomplished curriculum specialists and teachers in driving and implementing an innovative, exemplary model of an international preschool programme.  

The Center Director should have:

• A Master's degree in Early Childhood Education
• Excellent PR and communication skills, speaks and writes good English
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a leadership position, managing a preschool program, preferably with experience in an international environment
• Experienced in the following would be an advantage: curriculum development and research, teachers training, building parents' relationship, community networking, marketing and sales.

Principal

The Principal plays an administrative role in ensuring that the administration of the preschool operations is efficiently managed. The Principal works closely with the Center Director and teaching staff in supporting the implementation of the Odyssey innovative programme

The Principal should have:

• Degree and/or Diploma in Leadership (ECE)
• At least 2 years experience in a supervisory position in early childhood settings
• Excellent PR and communication skills, speaks and writes good English

Curriculum Specialists (Teaching)

The Curriculum Specialists are confident, articulate and experienced early childhood educators who have the passion for nurturing, inspiring and developing young children to become the next generation of competent, global life-long learners. 

The Curriculum Specialist should have:

• Degree holders in ECE
• Excellent PR and communication skills, speaks and writes good English
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood settings; highly knowledgeable in child development, curriculum planning, curriculum implementation, review and evaluation

Teachers

Teachers are highly dynamic early childhood educators, who play key roles in nurturing and developing children by supporting and facilitating the children's learning and growth through the Odyssey's innovative programme. 

The Teacher should have:

• Diploma in ECE
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Candidates with no experience will be considered if they show potential, passion and a willingness
  to learn
• 1 to 2 years relevant teaching experience will be an advantage
